Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My most recent encounter with HVAC Near Me was amusing. I called them to see if they could help because my AC unit wasn't cooling and my office was turning into an oven. The technician promptly showed up and started working on the device, but not before I joked that it was a sauna. He simply laughed and told me he was an expert. He quickly got the AC system up and running again, proving that he was a true pro. And I must say, it's really lovely! My office is now far more comfortable, however I'm not sure if that's because of the AC system itself or the technician's sense of humor.Thank you HVAC Near Me!!

He fixed the problem and had my office back to a comfortable temperature in no time. I was so grateful to have the problem fixed so quickly, and I was relieved to know that I wouldn't have to spend the rest of the night working in a freezing cold office.Thank you! Emergency AC Repair in Chandler

AC failure during Arizona's peak summer heat isn't something that can wait for a weekday appointment — and Chandler's monsoon season brings a second real risk: storm-driven power surges that can damage capacitors and compressors outright. Our Chandler office dispatches licensed technicians 24 hours a day, and we'll tell you what to expect on cost before anyone heads your way.

What counts as an AC emergency in Chandler

If the system has stopped cooling and the indoor temperature is climbing past the mid-80s in summer, treat it as an emergency — especially in a home with infants, older adults, or anyone with a medical condition. In Ocotillo's original 1990s-built sections, equipment now pushing 25-plus years old tends to fail outright rather than gradually, so a sudden no-cool call there is rarely a wait-until-morning situation. Water pooling under the indoor air handler, a burning or electrical smell, and a breaker that trips again right after a reset are also stop-and-call situations.

What to do while you wait

Turn the system off at the thermostat if the outdoor unit is iced over or the breaker has tripped more than once — running it in that state can turn a part repair into a compressor replacement. Close the blinds on the sun-facing side of the house, run ceiling fans, and check that the filter isn't clogged. If you smell burning, leave the system off until a technician has looked at it, and don't keep resetting the breaker. After a monsoon storm, a system that won't restart may have taken a power surge — leave it off rather than cycling it.

How emergency service works from our Chandler office

Emergency calls to (602) 932-0124 are prioritized immediately and dispatched around the clock by licensed technicians (Arizona ROC #339464) from our Chandler office in the Ocotillo area near Alma School and Queen Creek Road, so everything from Downtown Chandler to Ocotillo is a short drive. We tell you the visit cost before anyone heads your way, so there is no after-hours surprise on the invoice, and we repair every major brand, not just what we install.

The emergency failures we see most in Chandler

Failed capacitors and contactors — the small electrical parts extreme heat kills first, and the usual reason a system hums while the outdoor fan won't spin; Chandler's monsoon season adds storm-driven power surges that can take out capacitors and compressors outright. Refrigerant leaks in aging coils, which show up as warm air and an iced-up line. Clogged condensate drains once monsoon humidity arrives, which is where that water under the air handler comes from. And on original 1990s-era Ocotillo equipment, compressor failure — where we give you an honest repair-versus-replace answer rather than defaulting to either.
